Effective date: October 14, 2026
This policy explains what information Luxe & Kamel Dentistry collects through this website (luxesmilesfl.com), how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. How we handle your dental and health records as a patient is described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at our office and on request.
Information you give us
When you request an appointment or a call back, we collect your name and phone number. The new-patient form also asks for your email address and how you prefer to be contacted. Both forms ask whether you have dental insurance, and the emergency form asks what is going on (for example, a toothache or a broken tooth). Please do not include detailed medical history in the form; we will go over it with you by phone or at your visit.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site and to measure which ads lead to appointment requests. These services use cookies and similar technologies and receive information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and the ad you clicked. Ad click identifiers and campaign tags (such as a Google click ID or UTM tags) are also saved with your request.
- Enhanced conversions. When you submit a form, your email address and phone number are converted on your device into a one-way coded form (hashed) and sent to Google, so Google can tell us whether the request came from one of our ads. Google uses this information under its own privacy policy.
- Call measurement. Phone numbers shown on this site may be Google forwarding numbers. If you call one, Google records call details such as the date, time, duration and your area code to measure ad results. The call itself goes straight to our office.
- Security and click-fraud protection. We use Wordfence to protect the website and ClickCease to detect fraudulent clicks on our ads. These services record IP addresses and device and browser details.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and time) to run and secure the site.
How we use information
- To contact you about your request, schedule your visit and, if you ask, check your insurance benefits.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: our website host, our email delivery service (requests are emailed to our front-desk team), Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), Wordfence and ClickCease. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- You can manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center.
- To update or delete information you sent us through this website, call us at (954) 787-4144.
How long we keep it
We keep website requests only as long as we need them to schedule and follow up with you and for our normal business records. If you become a patient, your information becomes part of your patient record and is protected as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Security
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted requests is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please call us if you prefer not to send information through the website.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. A parent or guardian should contact us to request care for a child.
Links to other websites
This site links to other services, such as Google Maps for directions. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
